• 🍹 Drinks or other extras are not included
• ✈️ Travel: Flights and other transfers are not included. We're happy to help organize your transfer from Naples Airport to the hotel.

❗ Booking & Cancellation policy

• 💳 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 333,00 € is required to secure your place on the retreat. If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
• 📄 Payment: Approximately 1–2 months before the retreat, you will receive an invoice for approximately 500,00 €. The remaining balance can be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.
• ❌ Cancellation by you: You may cancel your booking free of charge until July 15, 2027. The 333,00 € deposit remains non-refundable. After July 15, 2027, cancellations are subject to the terms of your booking and the remaining balance may be due. We recommend taking out suitable travel cancellation insurance to protect your booking in case you need to cancel for personal reasons.
• ⚠️ Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel the retreat until July 01, 2027 if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat, all payments made, including the 333,00 € deposit, will be refunded in full.
